A patron looking to purchase products on your website will have the opportunity to purchase tickets or products immediately via a link to www.BigTix.com.au on our fully secure and automated website.

Big Tix prepares a sales report and details of the ticket or product sales which is sent to you in the form of a Customer Sales Report.

The customer simply turns up at the door where door staff cross-check the name and unique receipt number with customers ticket which is printed from our website

Big Tix can also supply either weekly or daily sales reports to keep you updated on all sales.

Automated Processing

Our system is fully integrated and sales of products can be faxed or emailed to you as requested.

Fees and Charges

There is no charge to you for the system at all, nor is there an on-going cost. Your website webmaster simply adds our link to your website.

Purchaser Fees

Big Tix understands that as a product supplier you want the cheapest possible price for your customer. Our sales fee is a sliding scale based on the original product price and includes all credit card fees due.

Settlement

The settlement of funds occurs electronically into your nominated account within 3 working days after the event or show has been held.
